Spring: A Semester of Traveling

As we look forward to spring, several students will be off campus as they pursue opportunities to travel across the country and across the world. Our own Dr. Magers, along with 1 chem major and 12 other students will be headed to Peru for a spring break missions trip. In fact, 3 of our majors are headed out on spring break missions trips.

In addition to this unique opportunity, other of our students have the opportunity to present what they are learning about with the world outside of Taylor. Next month, two of our students will be traveling to New Orleans, where they will be presenting research at the American Chemical Society national conference. They will be there with 12,000 other chemists!
